I ran for the State Senate with the promise to put our families first, and that is what I have strived to do every day. During my time in the Senate, our state has faced unprecedented challenges, from the COVID pandemic to historic inflation, that have had major impacts on our families. Because of responsible, common-sense leadership, Georgia has fared better than almost every other state in the nation because we have prioritized freedom and put people first. And with your support, I have continued to lead our state forward so that our community remains one of the best places to live, work, and raise your family.
Like my neighbors, my story is not all that different. I’m a husband and father with three great kids, and I work and serve right here in our community. My wife and I are committed to ensuring our kids have an even brighter future. I am committed to our home here in Gwinnett and Barrow – not petty politics, partisanship, or the special interests. I’m fighting in the same way in the Senate to put our families first, and I haven’t backed down.
This is a great community of tremendous opportunity. It’s why people like me have spent our lives here and why people from literally all over the world have made it their home. My mission is to protect the values that have made our community a place of opportunity for families from all walks of life.
It hasn't been easy. But tough times and hard work are nothing new for me. I confront everything in life with hard work and determination. It’s how I built my first business, how my family and I survived the Great Recession in the real estate business during 2010 and 2011 when I literally made $1800 and how we came out stronger on the other side. That’s the same tenacity I am bringing to serving our community and putting our families first.
